Welcome to the York Gate Digital Archive

York Gate House 415

Our aim is to enable you to explore materials relating to the Spencer family and to the beautiful garden that they created between 1951 and 1994, which are held in the York Gate Archive.

This is a volunteer-led project, supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, and is still very much a work in progress, so keep coming back if you'd like to see more!

For more information about us and about York Gate Archive click here, and for more information about the York Gate Heritage Project click here.

Do you have any memories, photographs or documents relating to York Gate or the Spencers? If so we’d love to hear from you at yorkgateheritage@perennial.org.uk
